Talimatlar

Wash the broccoli.

Cut into trees and cut the stalks lengthways so that they are not too thick.

Slice the broccoli stalks all the way up to the floret and stop when you get small florets.

Thinly slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for a few minutes. 

Add the sliced garlic and stir in. 

Add the sun-dried tomatoes and the salt and keep stirring and frying until the broccoli is just starting to cook. It should still be crunchy.

Turn the heat off from under the pan and add the Aleppo pepper. Stir in so that the pepper flakes heat up.

Lastly add the lemon juice and put into a serving bowl.

Can be served warm or cold.
