Hazelnut Biscuits

Instructions

Seperate the eggs.

Knead the butter and sugar in a bowl with your hands until soft.

​Add egg yolks, yogurt, hazelnuts, vanilla, 2.75 cups of the flour and the baking powder.

Knead the dough adding the remaining flour if necessary until it is soft but not sticky.

Make small balls with the dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Beat the egg whites wıth a whisk until they become white and soft.

Dip the balls in the egg white and then the ground hazelnuts and place them back onto the tray. Put a whole hazelnut in the middle and push it down half way.

Flatten the biscuits slightly using a fork.

Bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 180.
